Welcome to the team, friends! We are so excited about this summer and the good work God is going to do in and through you here.

You are going to be incredible counselors, and we want to make sure you feel prepared and taken care of every step of the way - that’s what these newsletters are for! Every month we’ll add a new edition with more information and encouragement to set you up for success in this job.

Here you’ll meet the directors, find answers to your questions, hear important updates about the summer, and even have the chance to participate in our camp preparations. Have questions in the meantime? Reach out to or . We’re here for you!

Pre-Camp To-Do List:

Complete your Staff Forms: due May 1st! Log in to your Greystone Account to fill out your summer forms. We need these completed before you arrive, so if you haven’t finished them, put it at the top of your list!
Complete your Pre-Arrival Health Screening form by the day you arrive: This quick, required form will go live in your camp account a few days before you arrive and is due the day you get to camp.
Shipping items to camp? Fill out a shipping form! This will help us keep track of your bags and find them for you when you arrive.
Fill out your background check by May 22nd: It will only take you a few minutes, so go ahead and do it now!
Complete your online MinistrySafe Sexual Abuse Training: due May 22nd! Look in your email for information about this mandatory training and a link to complete it before you arrive. Note: this is just for staff who did not complete this training last year. Have questions?
Order from the Staff Store before Orientation: Camp stuff. Free money. Use it or lose it. You must spend your money before Orientation, or it disappears. All the details you need are on this page. Questions?
Are you attending a Pre-Orientation training? Fill out a registration form: Questions about this?
Check out the Staff Packing List: Save this PDF and start gathering your things!
Join the 2024 Staff GroupMe: This group becomes more important the closer we get to the summer, so make sure you’ve joined!
Fill out your Staff Profile Form: Profiles are now live on the website, and we’re looking for yours. If you haven’t filled it out, do that now!
Double-check your arrival time and check out our Orientation packing instructions. The May Newsletter is chock-full of important information about arriving at camp, Orientation, packing, and more. Don’t miss it!

New Staff page: Is this your first summer at Greystone? Start here! Use this page as a quick-reference guide to feel prepared before you even arrive at camp.
Complete your Staff Forms by May 1st. Some of these require extra steps like a doctor’s appointment, so don’t delay! if you have questions.
Place your Staff Store order by April 25th! You get free camp stuff, but you need to pick it out. Look for your gift card code coming in your email and email Cat with any questions.
Check out the 2025 staff packing list. Make sure to read through to the 2nd page for our staff’s best advice and tips!
Fill out your staff profile. Everyone needs one, and it will only take you a few minutes!
Join the 2025 Staff GroupMe group. We rely on this group to send announcements and updates (and just get to know each other before the summer), so make sure you’re a part of it!
Refer a friend to work on staff with you. Fill out this form if you have a new-to-camp friend who would be a great fit for our team. If we hire them, you’ll get an extra $500!
