Our teams are finalized and camp is almost here, so it’s time to introduce you to the leadership teams that are going to make camp happen! These group leaders do so much behind the scenes to take care of our campers and staff, and we couldn’t do it without them.
First up, our Junior Camp Group Leaders! Junior parents, this team is going to take GREAT care of your girls. We know you’re going to love them as much as we do!
Bowie Campbell
College and job: Vanderbilt, and I sell bundt cakes out of my home!
Favorite book? Where the Red Fern Grows
Favorite smell? Tie between Irish Spring soap and homemade brownies!
Favorite song to sing in the shower? At my age I talk to myself in the shower rather than sing!
Best nacho topping? Tortilla chips with Memphis pulled pork barbecue from Central BBQ with barbecue sauce, white cheese dip, and jalapeños!

Job? I am a volunteer peer counselor at the Eve Center where we give free Biblically based counseling.
Song to sing in the shower? Whatever song Jesus puts in my head!
Favorite book? Mere Christianity
Favorite smell? The smell of the air on a spring hike!

College: Wofford College, headed to Washington, DC for law school in the fall!

If someone was narrating your life who would you want it to be? her majesty the queen, but i’d be happy with kate middleton if HM is busy!
Favorite book? Right now it’s The Crossroads of Should and Must by Elle Luna or Indian Summers by Alex von Tunzelmann
Favorite smell? equal parts the woods at camp and wet concrete after a big storm

Job? Hiring some bomb staff for Junior Camp!
Favorite sone to sing in the shower? Praise and Worship…. generally Hillsong Worship!
If someone was narrating your life who would you want it to be? Morgan Freeman!!! That Voice is just sooooo good and he makes everything seem calm even when you’re freaking out inside.
Favorite book? I’m not a huge reader and Don’t know if I really have a favorite but I’m reading The Pursuit of Endurance by Jennifer Pharr Davis right now and am loving it.
Favorite smell? the smell of flowers and food cooking!
