Key Details about Arrival Day

Here is the list of Arrival Dates and time frames for your session.

Arrive between 3:00pm and 4:00pm on the day below.

Junior: Friday, May 23
June: Sunday, June 1
Main: Sunday, June 22
August: Sunday, July 27

This year, we will be checking everyone in at the girls’ housing (The Gatehouse) by the front gates of Greystone. When you arrive at camp, one of our kitchen counselors will greet you and help you unload your car. They will also check to make sure all of your forms have been submitted and can answer any questions you or your parents might have. Just like our campers on opening day, we will ask you to say goodbye to your parents at the car- only kitchen staff will be allowed in the kitchen housing.

We highly recommend bringing no more than 2 large pieces of luggage to camp. This could be 1 trunk and 1 large duffel or 2 duffels. Bringing too many bags, or a variety of bags, can cause extra clutter in the houses.

Please remember that if you need to take medication every day while at camp, you must bring those to the Kitchen at the earliest opportunity. Keep them in a separate ziplock bag until then.

If you have a fever or if there are any other health concerns during check-in, we will have a place for you to pull over (before you exit the car) to talk to a nurse or Gervais and make a plan.
