Happy staff recruiting season from all of us in Tuxedo! Our fall days are filled with reading applications, traveling to college campuses, and talking to prospective counselors about why working at Greystone will be the hardest, best job they’ll ever have. It’s one of the happiest times of the year!
We could not be more grateful for the summer 2023 staff the Lord is already bringing together, and now we’re inviting you to join us in this exciting work. Every year, our alums are an important part of our staff recruiting team - after all, who better to talk about the counselor job than someone who has lived it themselves?
No one loves Greystone more than you, and one of the biggest ways you can support your summer home all year long is to help us recruit our staff. We’ve got some fun surprises in it for you too! Ready to hear more? Here are the details:

Do you know of someone who would be the perfect fit for our staff but has never been to Greystone before? Fill out this quick form to officially refer her (or him!). Remind that person to apply ASAP so that we can get the conversation started!

If we hire that person for the full summer (on either Kitchen Staff or our June, Main, and August Counselor Staff) and she completes her contract, we want to show our appreciation! You have the option to either receive a $500 credit off of your daughter’s 2023 summer tuition (for each referral) or the opportunity to enjoy a 2-night stay at Greystone (in a nicer cabin, not a bunkbed!) during the 2023-2024 off-season. You can let us know which thank you gift you’re interested in when you fill out the referral form.

If she ends up working at Junior Camp, we’ve also got something “in store” for you! If we hire your referral for Junior Camp and she fulfills her contract, you’ll receive a $50 gift card to the Greystone Store (for each referral) as a big “thank you” from us.
It’s as easy as that: send us your favorite people, and if we hire them for the full summer, you get a prize! This alum group spans the country and represents many different cities, families, and networks. Our goal every summer is to hire the very best staff out there, and we can’t wait to meet the wonderful people that you know!

Have you been dreaming about coming back on staff yourself? Junior Camp just may be calling your name! Every year we welcome alums and parents back to serve on our Junior Camp Program Staff for the fastest, cutest week of the summer.
You will work hard, reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and introduce a new generation of Greystone Girls to the bubble, all while getting a taste of the camp magic to start off your summer. Sound like fun? for more information. Junior Camp Program Staff need to be available May 24th - June 2nd, 2023.
We are excited about having you as a partner in spreading the word about Greystone along with us. The Lord has repeatedly shown that He provides the perfect group of counselors for each unique year of campers, and with your help, we know that He can use your connections to do so!
