7 years as a camper

6th year on staff

Wife, mother, world traveler, and influencer of all the things that bring you joy!! My bucket of joy gets filled every summer at camp, and I spend the rest of the year giving it away. My whole family loves camp and considers it our home away from home.

“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” Colossians 3:12-15

A few things I love: Fresh flowers, a good party, old friends, swimming in lake summit.

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Have a slow morning and drink coffee in bed.

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I was a radio DJ in college.

The one thing that makes any day better: A phone call from a camp friend

Best camp tradition? Sundaes on Sunday

Favorite Evening Program? Anything where I get to hold the mic

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Fruit Bar is a luxury

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: Working on an epic Founding Fathers costume

The song that describes me: Pour Some Sugar on Me

My favorite cheesy joke: See above

At camp, I’ll be the one… Having the most fun

Come find me if… You need something sewn up

I wanted to work at Greystone because… It’s all of my favorite people in one place doing amazing work.

The best thing about camp will be… Looking back at the end of the summer at all the unexpected blessings.
