6 years as a camper

1st year on staff

Hi! My name is Chloe and I am a sophomore at UGA studying biomedical physiology! I grew up going to camp and spent 3 summers on kitchen staff–needless to say camp is one of my favorite places on planet earth. I cannot wait to be back in the bubble hanging out at Putt Cove every day! I’m so excited to meet everyone!

“Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever. For great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths, from the realm of the dead.” Psalm 86:11-13

A few things I love: Dance parties, exploring new places, DMCs

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Sit outside and read a good book!

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I have a twin sister who is also a counselor this summer!

The one thing that makes any day better: a sweet treat!! My fave is ice cream from Jeni’s

Best camp tradition? Do Nothing Day

Favorite Evening Program? Closing Vespers

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Spiced chicken tacos and confetti cookies!

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: My t-shirt quilt made of camp shirts i’ve acquired since being a camper!

The song that describes me: Wide Open Spaces (The Chicks)

At camp, I’ll be the one… Doing the worm at any acceptable moment

I wanted to work at Greystone because… Camp changed my life as a camper and I still look up to my counselors from the summers of 2014-2019. I believe that being a camp counselor is the best job anyone could have!

The best thing about camp will be… Making new friends every day!
