9 years as a camper

1st year on staff

I’m a creative writing major at Agnes Scott College, but I’m originally from McDonough, Georgia. In my free time, I love to read, crochet, and spend time with my friends. I attended camp for nine years, and I’m so excited to give back to new Greystone Girls!

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.” 1 Corinthians 4-7

A few things I love: My dog and my friends.

When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Curl up with a good book.

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I’m a huge Atlanta Braves fan.

The one thing that makes any day better: Chocolate.

Best camp tradition? Do nothing day.

Favorite Evening Program? Vespers.

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Sprinkle cookies.

Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: Baby wipes. They are literally so useful to have on hand.

The song that describes me: 30 Thousand Feet by Ben Rector

The most famous person I’ve met is… Jimboy Miller

My favorite cheesy joke: What do you call a bear with no teeth? A gummy bear.

At camp, I’ll be the one… Chatting with other Greystone Girls on the fishing dock.

I wanted to work at Greystone because… I love camp. It’s the happiest place on earth.

The best thing about camp will be… Morning assembly.
