20th year on staff

Camp Greystone and the Health Hut have ALWAYS been my happy place! This summer will be my 20th year as a Greystone Nurse and I couldn’t be more excited! My daughter Hilary had been a camper for a few years when I got a call in the early 2000s from a Greystone nurse. My first question was “WAIT! Y’all have nurses!?” and applied immediately. 20 years later and it’s still my favorite job in the world.

Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I am one of 7 kids! I have 2 sisters and 4 brothers.

The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Meatloaf and mashed potatoes. And of course Bread Pudding!

I wanted to work at Greystone because… It really is a Miracle in the Mountains.

The best thing about camp will be… getting to know the sweet girls!
