I started coming to work as a nurse at Greystone in 2011 with my daughter. I love worming with kids and even started my career at Mission Hospital on pediatrics in 2005, later transferring to the mother-baby unit where I take care of newborn babies and mothers. Working at camp is so much fun and I love meeting new people and enjoying the girls talent show, skits and play.
A few things I love: Tacos, swimming, bike riding outdoors, playing pickle ball and hanging out with my family.
When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Listen to music or an audio book.
Something you wouldn’t guess about me: I climbed the Manitou incline in CO last year. The most challenging hike in Manitou Springs. 2744 steps climb 2000 ft. in elevation in under one mile.
The one thing that makes any day better: Spending time with a good friend.
Best camp tradition? Banquet
Favorite Evening Program? Disney play
The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Taco in a bag
Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: Mattress topper
The song that describes me: Free Bird
I wanted to work at Greystone because… It’s a positive and uplifting place to work
The best thing about camp will be… Working with friends in the HH and making new friends. Also meeting the girls.
