I am so excited to be back home at Greystone this summer for what will be an amazing Jr Camp session! I live down in Greenville, SC with my husband and daughter (who is in her 9th summer of camp this year) and our two dogs. I’m busy throughout the year in my job as a corporate meeting planner and always look forward to the time I can spend at camp serving the girls and helping them develop a love for Greystone and the Lord! I can’t wait to see everyone this summer- it’s going to be an AH-MAZING and unforgettable week!!!
Things that I love: My family and dogs, traveling, and of course Greystone!!!!
When I have an hour of free time, I like to… Just sit and be still. My real word job doesn’t afford that too much so I love to just be!
Best camp tradition? All the amazing food, carnival, banquet and the incredible friendships that are made!
Item that I MUST bring to Camp with me: My Sesame Street pillow (my lovey) and my rain boots
The one thing that makes any day better: Seeing a Greystone girl smile!
The camp food I can’t wait to eat is… Bread!!!! Ham and apples and camp ranch!!!
My lovey (favorite stuffed animal, blanket, etc.) growing up was a…. Sesame Street pillow and I still have to have it every night in order to sleep. It was a feather pillow and now it has hardly any feathers anymore
I wanted to work at Junior Camp because… Greystone taught me so much growing up ans was such an important part of my life. It’s an honor to be able to give back and instill the love of camp and a future generation of Greystone girls!
The best thing about camp will be… The memories and friendships you will make, but also your strengthened relationship with the Lord. it’s impossible to not see His handiwork everywhere
