We're Hiring: Administrative Director and Marketing Coordinator

You may have seen that we announced two year-round Greystone job openings in January, and while those applications have now closed, we have two more positions to tell you about today! It really is such an exciting time here at camp, and we cannot wait to welcome two more members to our year-round team this fall.

We are looking for an Administrative Director as well as a Marketing and Media Coordinator who are excited about Greystone’s mission and to join our small and tight-knit team. Keep reading to learn more about these roles and find the links to apply!

Administrative Director:

This position holds a significant amount of responsibility and is suited to someone with experience in business administration, human resources, financial management, and customer service. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented leader who is excited to ensure the seamless operation of camp logistics!

The right candidate will have a passion for administration, a heart for serving others, and the ability to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the warm and welcoming culture that makes Camp Greystone special. This job may be right for you if you are adaptable, efficient, and skilled at balancing big-picture objectives with daily operational details. The ideal Administrative Director is self-motivated, a strong communicator, and someone who can handle confidential information with discretion.

This position will oversee camper enrollment, financial transactions, office operations, counselor applications, and human resources while also communicating regularly with camp families and our year-round team. You can read more about job responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits here.

This is a full-time position based in our camp office with year-round responsibilities. Please note that the start date of this position is September 2, 2025.

Marketing and Media Coordinator:

We are looking for a creative and hard-working team player who is passionate about digital and printed design, social media, photography, videography, and communication to serve as our Marketing and Media Coordinator.

This person will work closely with our year-round team and have their hands in a little bit of everything marketing and media related, always ensuring that Greystone’s voice is consistent and clear and our standard of excellence is maintained with campers, parents, staff, and alumnae.

This position is responsible for designing printed and digital materials, managing Greystone’s social media presence, coordinating summer photos and videos, assisting with communications, providing organizational and operational support to our team, and more.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and innovative, excited to bring fresh ideas to Greystone’s communication and marketing efforts. This person knows that every detail matters and holds themselves to a high standard of work, defined by a positive spirit and a willingness to take initiative and work ahead of schedule.

This is a full-time position based in our camp office that begins in the fall of 2025. Summer work starting in May could be available for the right candidate.
