We're Hiring a Camp Intern and a Maintenance Director!
Today is an exciting day as we get to announce two year-round job openings at camp!
We have a small but mighty year-round team that pulls off the magic of Greystone every summer. Nothing at camp would be possible without this crew, and it is a true joy to see the tangible impact of our work, knowing we are making a difference in the Kingdom and the lives of young girls.
We work hard, laugh hard, pray hard, and play hard - camp work is delightful, and we can’t wait to invite two new team members into the fun!
Greystone’s mission is to “delight and inspire for the glory of God,” and we are looking for two individuals who believe in this mission and will help live it out in the work being done here at camp. Camp Intern:
This is a great introductory position for an upcoming or recent college graduate who would love nothing more than to spend two years growing alongside our team!
Working mostly with staff engagement and recruitment during the year, this jack-of-all-trades will have her hands in everything at camp, including behind-the-scenes and administrative projects. If you love Greystone, love working hard, are up for tackling any challenge, and have a heart for what we do here at camp, you’ll want to check out this opportunity.
The Intern job is a contracted position spanning three summers and two offseasons, beginning in May 2025 and concluding in August 2027. The Intern will serve as a Group Leader during each summer and contribute to staff, camper, and administrative efforts throughout the offseasons. While prior Group Leader experience is a plus, it is not required.

Maintenance Director:
Do you have project management experience in the construction industry or know someone who does? Our Maintenance Director job could be the perfect fit!
In this year-round role, our Maintenance Director will oversee our 165-acre facility (including our main campus, Thunderhead Ranch, Bear Mountain property, and all the buildings on each site), all construction projects and any building maintenance, while also hiring and managing our Maintenance team members. We are looking for someone with great organizational and communication skills who is ready to proactively jump into our exciting and fast-moving camp environment.
Keeping our property in excellent condition and prioritizing facility needs is an extension of our camp mission, and we can’t wait to find someone with people and project management experience to join our team.
