Thanks

On this day we are thankful for so many things.

• That Camp Worked Covid is an everpresent unknown, particularly for a camp. Here we are living closely packed next to each other for weeks at a time. If a virus is present, it is a problem! We put LOTS of things in place to minimize the risk, and it worked. We were able to run camp in a “normal” way and the results were extraordinary. So thankful.
• For The Team From the Dish Crew to the Directors, our team knocked it out of the park. Working ALL DAY EVERY DAY… from early in the morning to late at night. Counselors were a dependable source of fun, love, support, and kindness that made every camper feel completely comfortable in every situation.
• For The Campers When the counselors sang “Good Night, My God is Watching Orr You” I was struck by the sobs erupting from the dining hall. The impact of camp on the girls is genuine.
• For The Lord Our mission is to glorify God and we felt His presence in these past few weeks. He fills this place with His Spirit and uses all circumstances for good. It is a wonderful blessing and we are very thankful that He still blesses our efforts.

It is an honor and privilege to do this “work”. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your family.
