You are about ready for camp… It’s FINALLY time!

You are going to love it. Greystone is just as good as you imagined, in fact, it is better! You don’t even know some of the great things we have prepared for you to enjoy this year. You might already know about the ropes course, waterpark, pool, farm barn, puppies, paddleball, tetherball, jimball, tennis, dance, gymnastics, crafts, knitting, printmaking, metal jewelry, glass beads, glass fusion, drama, music, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, and fishing classes… but that is not all! We have little surprises built into so many areas of camp it is hard to explain them all (and we don’t want to because it is more fun to have at least a few surprises in camp).

This summer is different from any other summer we have ever had at Greystone, the Covid changes touched every program and every aspect of camp life. We expected that these changes were going to be really great, but until the campers arrived it was all a guess. Well, the verdict is in… this has been the best summer ever! Junior Camp, June Camp, and Main Camp surveys are in and that is the opinion of campers and parents alike. We could not be more pleased nor more grateful. The Lord has blessed us with a very special summer, just what we needed after the year that has passed.

So be careful as you travel to camp this weekend. Dream happy dreams about falling to sleep in a cozy bunk surrounded by friends with the sounds of the frogs and cicadas in the distance. Dream happy dreams about flying through the air on a zip line or being launched into the air from the blob. Dream of being on stage and performing to an adoring crowd. Of running to class when the bell rings. Of saluting the flag in the morning before going to breakfast at the FORT. Of fresh baked bread and candy shop at night.
