Working at Greystone is not just any old job! We’re a family (literally in some cases!), and when someone joins the team or moves along, it’s a big deal.
You know her and you love her, so we wanted our camp community to be in the loop on what is going on with one of your favorites within the “bubble.” Today we’re sad to announce that Caroline Giraud has decided that now is a good time to move on from camp and pursue some other exciting opportunities. We are excited for her, but we are so very sad for camp!
Caroline first came to camp as a counselor after her freshman year of college in 2012, and we haven’t let her go since! She joined our year-round team as an intern in 2016, and in the years since has had her hands in just about every aspect of the camp experience in her role as Projects and Engagement Director.
She brought her signature creativity, passion, and insane work ethic to everything she did and made Greystone a better place. Hundreds of campers and counselors have enjoyed having her as their Group Leader in the summers, and we know you loved having her and her “therapy dog” Harry around as much as we have!
The decision to leave wasn’t an easy one for Caroline, but we are so proud of her and are already jealous of the people who will get to work with her next! Caroline, we speak for everyone when we say that we love you and that it’s been the biggest gift to have you on our team.
Let’s all cheer her on as she moves forward to a new adventure!
