Monday Funday at Junior Camp

Happy Memorial Day! Camp is in full swing for our second day of classes. It is another beautiful day at camp and the girls are settling in so nicely. The girls are singing the songs in the Dining Hall like they have been here for weeks!

Last night was SUCH FUN!! The campers were the stars on stage and as you can see by the pictures, they were dressed for the show! Bananas, French Fries, Disco Queens, Angels, and more….we loved how cute they were, and there were lots of smiles and laughter. Tonight will be a brand new Evening Program to Junior Camp so look for pictures later from the County Fair!!

Breakfast this morning was fruit bar, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Lunch - Hamburgers and French Fries, Salad Bar. Dinner will be our world famous pizza which the kitchen makes from scratch.

It is hard for these active campers to go hungry with other food options throughout the days. Girls can get an apple during 3rd period. Apple Cart is a such fun with Smith and Beth! The cart drives around camp to all the classes and the girls can have an apple if they like. The Ice Huts around camp are a very big hit on hot days! Girls can get ice, fill water bottles and have a snack of string cheese or Beanito Chips if they get hungry. And after rest hour the Watermelon Table and Shop are open. At the Candy Shop they can choose a treat like a popsicle, fun size candy treat, or Goldfish crackers.

It is hard to believe we are already in our 3rd day of camp. The girls know their way around camp and are changing their classes from period with ease. We are having a grand time and loving your precious daughters!
