College aged counselors, Greystone alumnae of all ages, and camp moms all work together to make Junior Camp the dream come true it is for these girls. So Junior Camp staff may be the perfect fit for you, and you may not even know it!

- Do you love Greystone? At Junior Camp, we get to introduce hundreds of new girls to this thing we call Greystone. We need staff who LOVE camp, and can show that love to all the campers they meet!
- Do you want to experience the 100th summer, but can’t commit to the full thing? Junior Camp has all of the perks you love about working at camp, without the full summer committment! You get a taste of the summer and all of our 100th celebrations, and still get the rest of your summer free.
- Do you want to get back to camp after a long absence? Has it been a while since you’ve been through the gates? No problem! We’re looking for alums of ALL AGES, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve been back.
- Are you ready to work hard, and jump in wherever you’re needed? On Junior Staff, you’ll be a chameleon! You will teach classes, set up for events, and just make camp run for the most precious girls around. Get ready to get down and dirty - it will be worth it!
