It’s time for the spring edition of “What We’re Into,” where some of our year-round team shares what they’re loving these days. As our pre-camp work starts to ramp up, we’re enjoying these early spring days to the fullest!
Recipe you’ve made that you liked: Yummy rice bowls with veggies, your choice of meat, cilantro, peanuts and green onions with a tamari/ginger/peanut dressing. SO good and so versatile!
TV show or movie you’ve seen (or would like to see): James and I are rewatching all the Harry Potters. And the Bachelor…lets be real.
What you’re most excited about for the spring: For all my bulbs that I planted this Fall to come up!
