We are a mere week away from Christmas, and the excitement is just bubbling here at camp. We love celebrating the holiday (and are hoping for some snow at some point to fill the Pageant Court…we shall see!)
If you’re looking for that one last gift to grab for that special someone (or hard to buy for friend or relative), check out our Head Staff’s Christmas wish list this year for some ideas…
Elizabeth is hoping to hit the slopes soon after the holiday season, so she has a new pair of skis on her wish list this year.
Caroline is hoping to curl up by the fire with a good book this Christmas season, so what better way to add to the experience than with a cozy sweater and some Little River Roasting coffee?
Ellen-Anne is looking for some hands-on practical help this holiday season, as she’s hoping that Santa is going to spend the day at her house helping her to clean out her garage. Fingers crossed!
After buying a new house, Catherine is looking to frame a Wofford pendant for her walls. She also wouldn’t mind if these simple earrings showed up in her stocking.
It may be the middle of winter, but Laura has the summer life on her mind. If Santa can’t afford to bring her a week vacation at the beach, she will be thrilled with a truckload of firewood to pretend she is there, even in December.
Smith is hoping that Laura will invite her to the week-long beach vacation, as a trip to the beach is also on Smith’s mind. Maybe Santa will bring her a new one-piece?
Jimboy may be adding to Farm and Garden this Christmas season, as he is hoping that his backyard is filled with some new animals: goat, miniature Bernedoodle, and even a llama. If a personal hovercraft could fit in his stocking, he also wouldn’t be disappointed.
Katie is hoping to fit in with the very cool, college-aged Greystone counselors by sporting a trendy new pair of glasses. Throw in a magnifying make-up mirror, and she will be smitten.
Even though it is the camp off-season, Alli has you campers on the mind, as cooking is always her first priority. She’s hoping to receive Half Baked Harvests’s Super Simple cookbook, and cooking some of these recipes in a new pair of Birkenstock’s would not disappoint.
It shouldn’t be a shock after my big game post a few weeks ago, but I (Sarah) am hoping to receive a few new games this holiday: Azul and Codenames Duet are top of the list!
We hope that your holiday is filled with an overabundance of good things, including the things on your Christmas list!
