We can’t believe it… Main Camp is here!

This is the big show, the main event, the keynote, the standard for all other camps… It Going To Be Amazing!

Main Camp is the session that defines Greystone. Seventeen year old campers DEMAND quality. They expect this experience will stand up to the best summer programs in the world. They set a high bar (most camps do not attempt to attract campers this age) and we welcome their critical eye. We know that we are going to be judged, so we work hard and pray without ceasing that God will be well pleased (the real reason why camp is so good).

June Camp presents our first taste of what the summer is going to be like. The staff gels during this critical month, going from a large group of exceptional individuals to a unified team that works as one. We can tell much in those first days, the story is largely set by the third week of June. So I say with confidence: This year is going to be particularly good!

A few stats for you to consider:

  • We have the LARGEST Senior Group in History (94 campers!)… The Castle will be ROCKIN!
  • We have done the MOST renovations in history… the facility is approaching perfection.
  • We have the BEST counselor group EVER… June Camp proved the point.
  • We have the BEST food in history… I can’t prove it but do think it is true.
  • We have the BEST Ice Huts in camping… no other camp features Sub Zero refrigerator drawers and pellet ice and water stations; this year we added “Kind” gluton free, dairy free, nut free granola bars.
  • We have the BEST program in history… Riding, Cooking, Fitness, Crafts, Adventure, Ropes, Yoga, Hiking, Play Production, and Tennis all hit it out of the park for June Camp… and all are committed to stepping up the game for Main!

We have been blessed beyond measure and our cup overflows! YOU are the focus of our prayers and our high expectations can not be overstated. We LOVE MAIN CAMP and CAN NOT WAIT TO WELCOME YOU HOME!!!

Arrive a little later this year (Bunk run not until 8:30, no need to arrive before 7:30… SERIOUSLY!). We will open the softball field reception area at 7:30 (hot coffee and the first swag of the summer). Nothing happens before that!

We can’t wait to “raise the curtain and start the show”… This is going to be FUN!!!!
