It’s finally beginning to feel like fall here in Nashville, and I’m excited to share some of my favorite things!
I am very excited to travel to Chicago this weekend to see Hamilton! I love to read and thought it would be a good idea to read the Ron Chernow biography that inspired the musical. After 731 pages, I can say I feel very prepared to see the show!
I live five minutes away from one of Nashville’s greatest treasures. Our family loves exploring the 3,000 acres- hiking, biking, trail running and canoeing. My dogs Hickory and Ash are big fans!
My favorite hobby is playing tennis. It’s great exercise and I love meeting people all over Nashville. It’s especially fun to see Greystone friends like Karen Logan on the courts!
I discovered this app last year and it’s been a great help to keep up with my Bible reading. It has a read through the Bible in a year plan as well as several Bible studies. I like the online edition, because I always have it with me on my phone.
One of my favorite neighborhoods to explore in Nashville is 12 South. They have great shops, restaurants and lots of fun painted walls for photo shoots. I finally tried one of the Five Daughters Bakery’s 100-layer donuts. It was caramel popcorn flavored and it was delicious!
