Friday Pick Up Information

As many of you will be leaving home today, this is just a quick reminder about pick up tomorrow morning at Junior camp. You may arrive any time after 9 AM in the morning. You will come in the same entrance that you used for opening day. Greeters will direct you to parking and you will be able to load into your car all of the heavier baggage that has been delivered to the soccer field. Trunks are sorted on the soccer field by cabin number. Bags are tagged (name, cabin, and total number of bags. Example 1 of 3) so make sure that if you have 3 bags, that you load 3 bags into your car. Also check the tags on the bags for your campers name…many bags look alike! All other items (shower bucket, pillow, etc) will be located on your daughter’s bunk.

You may head to your camper’s cabin around 10 AM, which is when we will be dismissing the campers from their all camper banquet breakfast. They will meet you at their cabin, at which time you will remember to SIGN YOUR CAMPER OUT with their counselor. Note that if you have refridgerated medicine, there will be a reminder to pick it up on the sign out sheet. All other medication will be packed in your campers bag.

Early Bird information will be in the Closing Day letter that you are handed as you drive into camp. You will be guaranteed a spot for the summer of 2015 if you respond to the email that will be sent on closing day by Friday June 20th.
