Play camp!

Our staff orientation is so much fun! One of my favorite parts of orientation is Play Camp day. Half of the counselors will teach classes in the morning while the other half takes classes; then, they switch in the afternoon. It is a great way for the counselors to practice teaching a class (we make them take roll and go over the rules…it’s like a real class.) But, the best part of Play Camp is taking classes. It is the only time during the summer that the staff gets to try things like glass beads, archery, Greystone groove, etc.
