June Camp

Amazing place to spend the summer… and it has almost nothing to do with the facilities. The community that gathers here for three months every year is just spectacular. Such love, such fun, such depth, such insight, such talent- it really is a wonderful group of people.

Add the postcard setting and you really do have a slice of heaven. The Bible talks of heaven as being a place of community, filled with people made in God’s image. A shining city on the hill, featuring mansions and streets of gold. A place of worship, where God is perfectly glorified in word and deed. A place of safety, where there are no tears. Camp (at its best) IS heaven on earth… we have ALL of these elements in abundance.

June Camp is drawing to a close and the emotions are running high. Every moment becomes significant, for we know that our time is running short. Soon we will have to leave, and it makes us appreciate the gift we are living even more.

I bet you wish you were here! I wish the whole world could really experience what goes on at camp… it would make the world a better place.
