Engaged!!

I am happy to share some GREAT news with you! Molly Burt (my former camper AND current neighbor) is engaged to be married! She got engaged on the beach in Florida to sweet David. Molly and David got to the same church I do. Real quick funny story – Katie Anne (Molly’s sister) and Molly moved to Asheville in Aug/Sept of 2007. They Facebooked me to let me know that they had moved to Asheville. I responded with enthusiasm since that is where I live. I left Katie Anne a message and told her that I lived in West Asheville – she called back to say: “WE just moved to West Asheville!” – I told her my street name and her response was – “THAT’S OUR STREET!!” I was pulling into my driveway as we were talking – so I asked them to go out onto the porch and wave – they were across the street and down a few houses. I love sharing my street with them. The kicker to this story is that JP and Sommerville Bevilaqua bought a house on the same street almost a year later and now live right across from me. Sommerville was a camper for many summers and then worked at least 3 on staff where she met her husband JP. Small world huh?
