Hi friends! It has been a while since I have updated you and MAN do I have a fun mix of photos! Get excited! There are some from a fun trip to see Ellen-Anne at Penland where she was taking a super intense pottery/ceramics workshop. A big group of us drove up to see her and her work. We also attended an auction. One of those auctions where there is a caller and people raise their hands to bid on items. I saw a lady accidently bid on something for $350 and she “won” it. She was flustered at first, but handled it well. From that moment on I sat on my hands. :) While EA was at Penland so was another former Greystone staffer, Cory Bordonaro. Shewent to UGA and now lives in Birmingham. It was awesome to catch up with her. I bid on one of her letterpress items. I love it. From there I went to Joanna Hill (now Ashe)‘s wedding. It was gorgeous!! The weather was perfect and everything was awesome. Lell and Nancy were there too. Ellen-Anne was a bridesmaid. It was so fun! Something else cool – The photographer for the wedding is Marilyn Bailey’s daughter – here is her website – she is fabulous!
I also have photos to share with you from the Putt Cove renovation! You are going to FLIP!! My jaw dropped when I got back from lunch yesterday!
Thanks for checking in. We will be updating with more soon! Make sure to look back at Jimboy’s post about the kitchen. It is crazy!
Rock on!
