It is time to meet another year-round Greystone great – Nancy Owings! She is sister to Ellen-Anne and daughter to Lell (she’s on the left in the picture). You have Nancy to thank for all of your mail during the summer. She spends countless hours sorting through the thousands of letters and e-mails that you receive each day. As camp mail is one of my favorite things, I LOVE having Nancy around. I asked her a few questions about herself so you could get to know her better. Next summer, you’ll have to say “hi” to Nancy if you see her near the mailroom.
1. What do you do at camp? I do everything at camp such as filing, sending out information packets, mail, projects – basically whatever needs to be done!
2. How many years have you been working at camp? Just over 6 years
3. Hobbies: Reading, jigsaw puzzles, making things for people etc.
4. Favorite camp meal: hamburgers, poppy seed chicken, taco in a bag (of course), cheese enchiladas
