Flash content won't play or does not behave as expected.
You may be using an older version of Flash. If this is the case, download the latest version. You may also experience general performance issues if you are using an older computer.
QuickTime Movies or VRs fail to load.
If you are using QuickTime version 4 or earlier you will need to upgrade. It is also common for QuickTime installations to be damaged by Windows Media Player upgrade installations; if this is the case you will probably be able to resolve your issues by reinstalling QuickTime.
Nothing happens when you click on the iTunes links.
You may have an old version of iTunes - the links require version 4.6 or later. You may have too many applications running in the background, causing iTunes to take a long time to launch.
AIM links don't do anything.
The AIM links require that you have AIM installed and running when you click them. If you don't see the AIM icon in your system tray then you probably don't have the application running.
